What is the USATT?

The USATT stands for USA Table Tennis, also known as the United States Table Tennis Association. The USATT organizes tournaments, ratings, and memberships. A member must play in an tournament to receive a rating. The tournament must be sanctioned by the USATT in order for the player to receive a rating. The player's rating is determined by which players he beats or loses to.
